CEL shares fell 12.56% to $5.29 after the company announced the filing of supplemental shelf offering report in Israel. Outerwall Inc. OUTR dipped 9.90% to $70.07 after the company announced preliminary Q4 results. Outerwall projected FY15 sales growth in low single digit range. The company also announced that CEO J. Scott Di Valerio has stepped down. Magnum Hunter Resources Corp. MHR shares fell 9.27% to $2.11. SunTrust Robinson Humphrey downgraded Magnum Hunter Resources from Buy to Neutral and lowered the price target from $7.00 to $2.50. S&P Capital lowered the credit rating on the stock.
