Pacific Sunwear of California, Inc. PSUN shares tumbled 11.04 percent to $1.53. Pacific Sunwear reported a Q1 adjusted loss of $0.12 per share. It expected Q2 adjusted loss of $0.05 per share to a gain of $0.01 per share and sales of $201 million to $209 million. Mizuho Securities downgraded Pacific Sunwear from Buy to Neutral. Chardan Capital downgraded Himax Technologies from Neutral to Sell. QAD Inc. QADA shares dropped 4.70 percent to $24.12. QAD reported Q4 earnings of $0.52 per share on revenue of $79.6 million. Sidoti & Co. downgraded QAD from Buy to Neutral. Cyberark Software Ltd CYBR shares fell 2.89 percent to $62.40 after the company announced up to $250 million secondary offering.
