The company projected Q2 net income of $0.08 to $0.10 per share, on operating revenue of $338 to $340 million. Deutsche Bank downgraded Republic Airways Holdings from Buy to Hold and lowers the price target from $15.00 to $9.00. Bioline RX Ltd BLRX dropped 26.89 percent to $1.55 after the company confirmed negative top-line results from Bellerophon's PRESERVATION I clinical trial for Bioabsorbable Cardiac Matrix. Mylan NV MYL shares dipped 14.39 percent to $56.45. Teva Pharmaceutical Industries Ltd (ADR) TEVA announced its plans to buy Allergan PLC's AGN generic drugs unit for $40.5 billion in a cash and stock deal. Teva also reported that it has dropped its $40 billion cash and stock bid for Mylan. SFX Entertainment Inc SFXE slipped 11.66 percent to $3.41. Stifel Nicolaus downgraded SFX Entertainment from Buy to Hold. Noah Holdings Limited (ADR) NOAH dropped 11.50 percent to $20.71. Noah Holdings is expected to announce Q2 financial results on Monday, August 3, 2015. Weibo Corp (ADR) WB shares slipped 9.19 percent to $13.15 after falling 2.95 percent on Friday. JD.Com Inc(ADR) JD shares dropped 5.37 percent to $32.78 after slipping 0.17 percent on Friday.
