Aquinox Pharmaceuticals Inc AQXP shares fell 8.92 percent to $14.30 after the company reported a proposed public offering of $75 million of common stock. MannKind Corporation MNKD shares declined 8.85 percent to $3.71. Piper Jaffray downgraded MannKind from Neutral to Underweight and lowered the price target from $4 to $1.50. Kulicke and Soffa Industries Inc. KLIC shares fell 7.18 percent to $9.92 after the company lowered its Q4 revenue forecast. Barnes & Noble, Inc. BKS shares dropped 6.63 percent to $15.22. Barnes & Noble posted a quarterly net loss of $0.68 per share, versus a year-ago loss of $0.56 per. Its revenue declined 1.5 percent to $1.22 billion.
