Hexcel Corporation HXL declined 6.09 percent to $43.20 on downbeat Q3 earnings. International Business Machines Corp. IBM shares slipped 5.43 percent to $141.12. IBM reported better-than-expected earnings for the third quarter, but the company's revenue missed analysts' expectations.
