- BioScrip Inc BIOS fell 9.64 percent to $1.98. BioScrip and HS Infusion Holdings, Inc., reported that they have entered into an amended agreement. The amendment now reduces the closing consideration to $75 million from $85 million.
- Oasis Petroleum Inc. OAS shares declined 8.69 percent to $9.35 following a decline in the oil price. Crude oil futures fell 3.4 percent to $46.39 per barrel.
- Pioneer Natural Resources PXD shares dropped 5.56 percent to $153.47. Pioneer Natural Resources priced its 5.25 million share offering for gross proceeds of $827 million.
- Envision Healthcare Holdings Inc EVHC shares declined 5 percent to $26.14. Envision Healthcare and Amsurg Corp AMSG reported that they would merge in an all-stock deal.
