- Intuit Inc. INTU shares dropped 3.8 percent to $109.56. Intuit reported better-than-expected Q4 results, but issued a weak revenue forecast for the current quarter.
- Skullcandy Inc SKUL shares slipped 2.7 percent to $6.25 as the company disclosed that it has entered into a new merger deal with Mill Road Capital. The company also terminated its deal with Incipio.
- Canadian Solar Inc. CSIQ shares declined 2 percent to $13.18. Barclays downgraded Canadian Solar from Overweight to Equal-weight and lowered the price target from $24.00 to $14.00.
