Lyft Names New Chief Accounting Officer

A Lyft Inc LYFT 8-K filing shows that Lisa Blackwood-Kapral is joining the company as its new chief accounting officer.

Prior to this position, Blackwood-Kapral had worked at Shutterfly since August 2015, most recently as chief accounting officer.

Lyft shares traded around $61.31 in Tuesday’s session.
