CleanSpark CLSK shares are trading higher after the company announced it won a $2.9 million grant with ReJoule from the California Energy Commission.
ReJoule and CleanSpark will be further supported by Ford Motor, BigBattery and GRID Alternatives.
Cleanspark is engaged in acquiring, licensing and marketing patents and technology to create sustainable energy for its energy customers. Its technology includes FLEX power system, Microgrid Technology, and Microgrid-as-a-service.
CleanSpark shares were trading 18.39% higher at $3.67 at the time of publication on Thursday. The stock has a 52-week high of $20.5 and a 52-week low of $0.97.
