Genius Brands GNUS shares are trading higher on Monday.
The company announced the debut of the first toys from Fisher-Price, a division of Mattel MAT, for the hit original preschool series, Rainbow Rangers, which are now available at Walmart WMT stores across the U.S., Walmart.com and Amazon.
Genius Brands is a kids media company. It is engaged in developing, producing, marketing, and licensing branded children's entertainment properties and consumer products for media and retail distribution.
Its portfolio features programming for toddlers to tweens, including the preschool properties Rainbow Rangers for Nick Jr. and Llama Llama for Netflix, toddler brand Baby Genius, STEM-based series Thomas Edison's Secret Lab, Warren Buffett's Secret Millionaires Club, and the new preschool show, Stan Lee's Superhero Kindergarten.
Genius Brands shares were trading up 28.08% to $1.87 at the time of publication on Monday. The stock has a 52-week high of $11.73 and a 52-week low of 5 cents.
