3D printing company voxeljet AG VJET priced 1.1 million shares at $8.88 (€7.52) per share in a secondary institutional equity offering.
The estimated gross proceed is $10 million.
The offer price implies a 26% discount to voxeljet's Wednesday closing price of $12.
The offering is expected to close by July 26, 2021.
Price action: VJET, which closed lower by 26.1% at $8.87 on Thursday, is gaining 10.6% at $9.81 in the premarket session Friday.
