What Happened: A Form 4 filing from the U.S. Securities and Exchange Commission on Tuesday showed that Estate purchased 21,756 shares of Riley Exploration Permian at a price of $21.99 per share. The total transaction amounted to $478,414.

Following the transaction, Estate now owns 1,840,458 shares of Riley Exploration Permian, worth $42,017,656.
