What Happened: A Form 4 filing from the U.S. Securities and Exchange Commission states that Hamza Suria exercised options to purchase 20,361 Anaptysbio shares at a price of $1.12 per share for a total of $22,804 on November 5. They then sold their shares on succeeding transactions in the open market. They sold at a price of $35.00 to raise a total of $712,635 from the stock sale.

Following the transaction, Suria still owns 67,636 shares of the company, worth $2,506,590.
