What Happened: A Form 4 filing from the U.S. Securities and Exchange Commission states that Craig Arnold exercised options to purchase 130,170 Eaton Corp shares at prices ranging from $71.89 to $81.96 per share for a total of $9,370,207 on November 5. They then sold their shares on the same day in the open market. They sold at prices ranging from $170.78 to $173.27 to raise a total of $22,060,962 from the stock sale.

Arnold still owns a total of 381,132 shares of Eaton Corp worth, $66,505,628.

Eaton Corp shares are trading up 0.45% at $174.5 at the time of this writing on Tuesday morning.
