Harsco's CFO Anshooman Aga Resigns To Join Vontier

Harsco Corp's HSC Senior Vice President and Chief Financial Officer Anshooman Aga has resigned, effective August 24, 2022, to pursue employment with another company.
Pete Minan, Harsco's former Chief Financial Officer, has been appointed Interim Senior Vice President and Chief Financial Officer, effective August 29, until a permanent replacement is announced.
Anshooman Aga will join Vontier Corp VNT as Chief Financial Officer, effective August 29, 2022.
Mr. Aga succeeds David Naemura, who will remain with Vontier through year-end and work closely with Aga and other executive team members to facilitate a seamless transition.
Mr. Aga brings over 20 years of experience in operational finance, financial planning & analysis, and corporate development to VNT.
Price Action: HSC shares are trading higher by 0.30% at $6.58, and VNT shares are trading lower by 0.70% at $24 on the last check Friday.
