Kraft Heinz Recalls Select Capri Sun Wild Cherry Flavored Juice Drink Citing Cleaning Solution Contamination

Kraft Heinz Co KHC has voluntarily recalled ~5,760 cases of Capri Sun Wild Cherry Flavored Juice Drink Blend beverages.
The company stated that diluted cleaning solution, which is used on food processing equipment, was inadvertently introduced into a production line at one of the factories.
The “Best When Used By” date on the recalled products is June 25, 2023.
The issue was discovered after KHC received several consumer complaints about the taste of the affected product.
The company actively works with retail partners and distributors to remove potentially impacted products from circulation.
Customers who purchased these items should not consume them and instead return them.
Price Action: KHC shares are trading higher by 0.10% at $38.60 during the premarket session on Tuesday.
