Babcock & Wilcox Bags $42M Contract For Installation Of Environmental Equipment

Babcock & Wilcox Enterprises Inc BW Babcock & Wilcox Construction Co., LLC (BWCC) has secured a contract for ~$42 million to provide construction and installation services for an environmental upgrade project at a U.S. power plant.
BWCC's project scope includes modifying the plant's environmental equipment to optimize the plant's operation.
"BWCC is a single-source supplier of a full range of field construction, construction management and maintenance services and our customers can count on us to execute projects on schedule and with intense focus on delivering a finished product that meets every expectation," commented B&W EVP and COO Jimmy Morgan.
Price Action: BW shares are trading higher by 0.91% at 7.80 on the last check Thursday.
