Vinco Ventures Adds One More Co-CEO; Receives Nasdaq Deficiency Notice

Vinco Ventures Inc BBIG has appointed Ross Miller as co-Chief Executive Officer along with John Colucci and Lisa King, effective immediately.
The company said it made the change in accordance with the court order from the State of Nevada.

Miller previously served as CEO and President of BKB Global.
Lisa King, who served as the company's CEO and President from October 2021 through late July 2022, was recognized as the co-CEO by a court order issued on August 19, 2022.

In addition, Vinco Ventures has received a deficiency notice from Nasdaq regarding failure to comply with the requirement to timely file quarterly report on Form 10-Q.
Price Action: BBIG shares are trading lower by 4.76% at $1.00 in premarket on the last check Friday.
