Tesla Now Lets Customers Vote On New Supercharger Locations

Last month, Tesla Inc's TSLA "Tesla Charging" Twitter account shared that the company would soon let customers vote on where new Superchargers would be built, and also allow new location suggestions.

Over a month later, the site is now live and customers are excited to add their input. The company has almost 200 preselected locations for customers to vote, with first place currently being held by Big Bear Lake California at 1,980 votes, with last place belonging to Ma On Shan, Hong Kong, with a platry 48 votes.

If none of the suggested locations are close enough to you, Tesla also allows people to input suggestions for new Supercharger locations.

They ask for your reasoning including "need to get to my travel destination." These suggestions can then be included in the next Supercharger voting cycle. Time from voting to Supercharger opening is unknown, but it may take a while for Tesla to fill in all requests.
