Adient Appoints Jerome Dorlack As CFO

Adient PLC ADNT has appointed Jerome Dorlack as its executive vice president and chief financial officer (CFO), effective December 1, 2022.
Dorlack has been serving as the company's executive vice president for Americas.
Dorlack's appointment follows Jeff Stafeil's decision to resign from his role as Adient's executive vice president and CFO, effective November 30, 2022.
With Dorlack's appointment, Jim Conklin will become the company's executive vice president, Americas, effective December 1, 2022.
Price Action: ADNT shares closed higher by 0.83% at $35.39 on Friday.
