- G1 Therapeutics, Inc. GTHX dipped 24% to $6.50 after the company reported pricing of $50.05 million public offering of 7.7 million shares of common stock at a price of $6.50 per share.
- Delta Apparel, Inc. DLA tumbled 16.1% to $14.02. Delta Apparel posted a Q4 loss of $0.04 per share.
- Natural Grocers by Vitamin Cottage, Inc. NGVC fell 15% to $10.15 following downbeat Q4 results.
- Farfetch Limited FTCH declined 14.3% to $7.80 after the company reported worse-than-expected Q3 revenues. Gross merchandise value decreased 4.9% year over year.
- GoHealth, Inc. GOCO fell 13.7% to $8.02. CCP III Cayman GP Ltd., 10% Owner at GoHealth, reported a large insider buy on November 17, according to a new SEC filing.
- Vertex, Inc. VERX dropped 12.8% to $14.73. Vertex priced 1.5 million shares by Jeffrey R. Westphal at $15.15 per share via a secondary public offering.
- RAPT Therapeutics, Inc. RAPT declined 11.7% to $18.80 after the company price da 4.05 million share common stock offering at $18.50 per share.
- American Software, Inc. AMSWA fell 11.2% to $14.49 after the company posted downbeat Q2 sales and issued weak sales forecast.
- Recursion Pharmaceuticals, Inc. RXRX dropped 10.9% to $9.73. Recursion Pharmaceuticals recently posted Q3 loss of $0.35 per share.
- Provention Bio, Inc. PRVB dipped 10.4% to $7.38 despite FDA approval for the company's Tzield diabetes drug. The company announced pricing at $13,850 per vial.
- Agora, Inc. API dropped 9.7% to $3.15.
- Perfect Corp. PERF fell 9.6% to $8.99.
- Lilium N.V. LILM dropped 9.4% to $1.54. Lilium announced pricing of $119 million capital raise with investment from largest shareholders, Key Strategic Partners, CEO, and Board Members to fund continued development of new electric aircraft.
- iQIYI, Inc. IQ dropped 8% to $2.7200. Shares of Chinese companies traded lower. Weakness may be due to COVID-19 concerns in China, which has prompted recent restrictive measures.
- Spectrum Brands Holdings Inc SPB fell 7.4% to $46.00 following weak Q4 results.
- Rite Aid Corporation RAD fell 7.2% to $5.82.
