Renault's Deputy CEO Steps Down: Report

  • French carmaker Renault ADR's RNLSY deputy Chief Executive Officer and head of its new mobility unit Mobilize, Clotilde Delbos, has resigned.
  • Delbos will leave the company in December end, Reuters reported. Delbos, who also worked as Renault's chief financial officer between 2016 and early 2022, had herself been tipped to take the CEO job before the board decided to call on outsider de Meo, the report specified.

  • The report added that the company has now appointed Fedra Ribeiro as the head of Mobilize, and Patrick Claude would take Delbos's role on an interim basis at Renault's financial subsidiary RCI Banque.
  • In November, Renault revealed its plan to separate its activities into five businesses.
