TTEC Consolidates Strategic CX Partnership With Google Cloud

TTEC Holdings, Inc TTEC expanded collaboration with Alphabet Inc GOOG GOOGL to enable Google's AI-powered Contact Center-as-a-Service (CCaaS) capabilities to boost the real-time interactions with customers across digital and live channels.
