- Allison Transmission Holdings Inc ALSN has renewed its strategic relationship with EnerDel, a supplier of advanced lithium-ion batteries and ESS for heavy-duty transportation and electric hybrid power applications.
- As per the arrangement, EnerDel's Lithium-ion Vigor+ 'Buy America' compliant battery pack continues as Allison approved OEM battery pack replacement.
- "Renewing our relationship with Allison for another five years further solidifies our position as the Lithium-ion ESS solutions provider of choice in the electric hybrid bus market," said EnerDel chief strategy officer Kev Adjemian.
- The drop-in ready Vigor+ pack is approved for use with the Allison Hybrid H 40/H 50 EP system installed in electric hybrid buses globally.
- Price Action: ALSN shares are trading higher by 0.51% at $45.76 on the last check Thursday.
