German Court Says Volkswagen's Emission Software is Faulty: Report

  • A court in Germany has ruled that the emission regulating software of Volkswagen AG VWAGY Golf model is faulty.
  • The administrative court revoked a permit by the German transport regulator allowing the car manufacturer to use the software, Bloomberg reported.
  • Environmental group DUH which accused Volkswagen said about 10 million vehicles is likely to need to be retrofitted or pulled off roads.
