• Helix Energy Solutions Group, Inc. HLX climbed 17.7% to $8.98 after the company posted a profit for the fourth quarter.
• Procaps Group S.A. PROC gained 14% to $4.72.
• Travere Therapeutics, Inc. TVTX climbed 13.6% to $20.24. The FDA granted accelerated approval to Travere Therapeutics’ Filspari (sparsentan) to reduce proteinuria in adults with primary IgAN at risk of rapid disease progression.
• Sigma Lithium Corporation SGML jumped 13.1% to $33.34 following reports that Tesla is considering a bid for the battery metals mining company.
• Dingdong (Cayman) Limited DDL rose 12.2% to $5.07.
• The Manitowoc Company, Inc. MTW surged 11.8% to $16.06 after reporting Q4 results.
• Apellis Pharmaceuticals Inc APLS shares gained 11.4% to $61.96 after the company said that the FDA approved SYFOVRE as first and only treatment for geographic atrophy.
• Meihua International Medical Technologies Co., Ltd. MHUA climbed 10.2% to $28.67.
• Vir Biotechnology, Inc. VIR rose 9.8% to $28.27 after Goldman Sachs upgraded the stock from Neutral to Buy and raised its price target from $41 to $53.

• HomeTrust Bancshares, Inc. HTBI surged 7.9% to $30.30. Janney Montgomery Scott upgraded HomeTrust Bancshares from Neutral to Buy.
• Atlantica Sustainable Infrastructure plc AY jumped 7.7% to $27.91.
• JELD-WEN Holding, Inc. JELD gained 7% to $13.77 following better-than-expected quarterly earnings.
• MVB Financial Corp. MVBF gained 6.8% to $25.83. MVB Financial, on Friday, posted Q4 EPS of $0.50.
