Why It’s Important: Lockwood & Co. crept onto our screens on Jan. 27, mesmerizing fans with its hauntingly cool version of London and the creepy ghosts who roam the streets.
The Netflix series chronicles the adventures of a group of youthful ghostbusters who banded together under the banner of Lockwood and Co.
Armed with determination, wit and some pretty nippy gadgets, these ghost-hunting prodigies venture out into the darkness to solve ghostly mysteries and keep the city safe from spectral spooks.
According to show-ranking tracker FlixPatrol, the show jumped to number three in the U.S. in just 24 hours.
Meanwhile, “The Night Agent” is scheduled to premiere on March 23. It follows the life of a low-level FBI agent who works nights in the basement of the White House until one phone call changes his entire life. The series is based on Matthew Quirk’s bestselling novel of the same name.
