Elon Musk has a fix for Twitter's signboard at the company's headquarters in San Francisco, California that meets the landlord's requirements.
What Happened: Musk shared a photo of the Twitter signboard with the alphabet "w" painted over, which makes the sign appear as if it spells "Titter."

The Twitter CEO said in the post, "Our landlord at SF HQ says we're legally required to keep sign as Twitter & cannot remove ‘w', so we painted it background color. Problem solved!"
Musk said in the same thread, "They tried to muffle our titter."

Why It Matters: Musk had advanced the idea of deleting the "w" from Twitter in April last year. He polled millions of his followers to ask them about it but only gave them two options — "yes" and "of course."
Musk's followers tried to work out the meaning of the resulting word "Titter" at the time with varying results.
On Sunday, Musk's post about the Twitter signboard garnered yet more responses, including one from Dogecoin DOGE/USD co-creator Billy Markus.
