Logan Paul & KSI Create Prime Gold Rush As Consumers Wake Up At 4 AM To Buy The Sports Drink

Logan Paul and KSI are two of the largest influencers in the world. From boxing matches to crypto projects, the pair either together or individually, have raked in millions of dollars for various stunts, businesses and products over the years. But one of the most successful to date is certainly the release of their Prime sports drink.

Prime was launched in January of 2022, and quickly became a sensation. The duo leveraged their vast content empire to land massive sponsorship deals, become the official sports drink of the UFC, and even get a post from Kim Kardashian. Notably, if you watch nearly any piece of content from the duo, there’s a Prime drink placed in front of the camera somewhere.

This has likely propelled the brand value well into the billions, with some unsubstantiated rumors of Coca-Cola Co. buying the brand for $10 billion. While it’s unlikely that is the case, the market has been minting unicorns left and right recently. Dwayne “The Rock” Johnson recently launched his energy drink brand, Zoa Energy, and Celsius Holdings, Inc. landed a $550 million investment from PepsiCo, Inc. recently. Celsius is up a massive 2.254% from it’s 2020 lows.

Retail investors have also been getting in on the action. Pureboost has raised millions from retail investors for its first-of-its-kind clean energy drink mix. The startup is seeing nearly 100% year-over-year growth and reorder rates as high as 45%.

In fact, Monster Beverage Corp. is the top-performing stock of the past 25 years beating out the likes of Apple Inc. and Amazon.com Inc. And National Beverage Corp. has seen year-long rallies clearing 100% multiple times over the past decade.

So it's no secret why Logan Paul and KSI are looking to cash in on this market. And it seems the hype around their drink is starting to hit levels unlike anything previously seen in this market. Recently, reports surfaced of consumers waking up as early as 4 a.m. to be first in line to purchase Prime drinks from Aldi.

While these types of events are commonplace among midnight releases of video games or the latest Apple products, it’s pretty unheard for an energy drink.
