Upexi Raises $7M Via Equity Offering

Upexi Inc UPXI has entered into definitive agreements with institutional and accredited investors for the purchase and sale of 2.1 million shares at $3.30 per share.
The offer price represents a 24% discount to the closing price as of May 11.
The shares are being sold under a registered direct offering for gross proceeds of approximately $7 million.
The closing of the offering is expected to occur on or about May 16, 2023.
