The Wefunder Partners' Retreat Will Transform The VC Industry For The Better

The Wefunder Partners’ Retreat — scheduled to kick off on June 20 in Ibiza, Spain — will bring together “10 investors with the ambition of changing the venture capital industry for the better,” according to the event’s website.

The Wefunder team has put together this three-day retreat to bring together a diverse group of angel investors, venture capital professionals and founders who want to connect with each other, discuss the future of VC and help entrepreneurs access the funding they need to succeed.

How Does It Work?

Anyone can apply for inclusion via the Wefunder Partners’ Retreat website. The simple four-step process includes the following:

• Submit your application online by May 21.
• Wait to hear whether you’re selected for an interview — it will only last 15 to 20 minutes.
• 10 applicants will be chosen by May 28 and notified shortly thereafter.
• The three-day retreat starts on June 20.

Except for the cost of travel to and from Ibiza, the experience is free for the 10 candidates who are selected to attend the retreat. Wefunder will pay for lodging, dinners and snacks. No hotels are necessary — the mansion has plenty of space to accommodate all attendees.
