Auddia Inc. AUUD shares are soaring Monday on abnormally-high volume. The company announced the release of its faidr 3.0 app.
What To Know: The app reimagines the company's Superapp, which it said offers a "vastly different look and feel," including ad-free AM/FM, podcasts, and exclusive content.
"faidr 3.0 is attractive, intuitive, and packed with unique content and features for today's serious radio streamer looking for the most premium experience," said Auddia's CEO Michael Lawless. "This next phase of faidr is an exciting one. We're very proud of how this planned update looks and operates, and we think our users will be as well."
Theo Romeo, Auddia's Chief Marketing Officer, went on to state that faidr 3.0 supports the company's goal of reinventing audio.
Auddia will be launching the faidr 3.0 product in Android in early third-quarter and will be adding faidrRadio, its exclusive content programming, to Android in mid-June. This follows the May 2023 launch of podcasting in its Android product. These additions will meet the first phase of Auddia's Superapp strategy.
