U.S. stocks traded higher, with the Dow Jones gaining around 100 points on Friday. Here are some big stocks recording losses in today’s session.

  • Coherus BioSciences, Inc. CHRS tumbled 16.8% to $4.48. Coherus BioSciences agreed to acquire
  • Surface Oncology Inc SURF, a clinical-stage immuno-oncology (I-O) company developing next-generation immunotherapies that target the tumor microenvironment.
  • ATI Physical Therapy, Inc. ATIP dipped 13.5% to $8.83. ATI Physical Therapy completed transaction support agreement to increase liquidity and financial flexibility.
  • Chijet Motor Company, Inc. CJET fell 10.7% to $3.0201.
  • Cabot Corporation CBT declined 10.4% to $66.83 after the company disclosed the impact of the current demand environment on its business segments.
  • MicroVision, Inc. MVIS shares dropped 9.4% to $4.5750. Microvision said it entered into sales agreement with Craig-Hallum Capital Group relating to sale of up to $45 million of company’s common stock.
  • SoFi Technologies, Inc. SOFI dropped 9.4% to $8.65 after Piper Sandler downgraded the stock from Overweight to Neutral and raised its price target from $6.5 to $8. B of A Securities also downgraded the stock from Buy to Neutral.
  • Olema Pharmaceuticals, Inc. OLMA dropped 9% to $8.26.
  • Kingsoft Cloud Holdings Limited KC fell 8.4% to $6.23.
  • Hesai Group HSAI fell 7.7% to $10.35.
  • ZoomInfo Technologies Inc. ZI fell 7.5% to $26.27.
  • Integral Ad Science Holding Corp. IAS dropped 7% to $17.83.
  • LexinFintech Holdings Ltd. LX fell 5.8% to $2.3850.
  • Millicom International Cellular S.A. TIGO fell 5.4% to $16.53 after the company announced termination of discussions of a potential transaction with Apollo and Claure Group.
  • RPC, Inc RES fell 4% to $7.49. Citigroup downgraded RPC from Neutral to Sell and lowered the price target from $8.25 to $7.
