• Sotera Health Company SHC gained 14.4% to $17.16. Sotera Health finalized settlement of ethylene oxide litigation in Illinois.
• IGM Biosciences, Inc. IGMS shares climbed 12.7% to $9.98 after the company reported pricing of $107.3 million upsized public offering and concurrent private placement.
• Donegal Group Inc. DGICB rose 10.6% to $14.03.
• Overstock.com, Inc. OSTK gained 10.3% to $23.38.
