• Affirm Holdings, Inc. AFRM dropped 14% to $13.26 after Piper Sandler downgraded the stock from Neutral to Underweight.
• SoundHound AI, Inc. SOUN shares tumbled 13.4% to $3.6300.
• BioXcel Therapeutics, Inc. BTAI dropped 12.1% to $9.86 after climbing over 42% on Wednesday. BioXcel Therapeutics recently released topline results from TRANQUILITY II Phase 3 trial of BXCL501 for acute treatment of Alzheimer's Disease-related agitation.
• ProKidney Corp. PROK dipped 11.7% to $10.39.

• Stem, Inc. STEM dipped 9% to $5.31.
• Peloton Interactive, Inc. PTON fell 8.9% to $7.49.

• Upstart Holdings, Inc. UPST declined 8.4% to $35.60. The stock is potentially falling in sympathy with peer digital lending platform Affirm Holdings. Piper Sandler analyst Kevin Barker on Thursday downgraded Affirm from Neutral to Underweight and announced an $11 price target.
