U.S. stocks traded higher, with the Dow Jones gaining around 250 points on Wednesday. Here are some big stocks recording gains in today’s session.

• Recursion Pharmaceuticals, Inc. RXRX shares jumped 67.3% to $11.34 after the company announced collaboration and a $50 million investment from NVIDIA.
• LivePerson, Inc. LPSN shares gained 33.7% to $5.70 after the company announced a planned CEO transition.
• Daktronics, Inc. DAKT gained 30.4% to $7.97 following better-than-expected fourth-quarter results.
• Holley Inc. HLLY gained 21.6% to $5.35 on positive analyst changes. B of A Securities upgraded the stock and raised its price target from $3.25 to $6, and JP Morgan upgraded the stock from Overweight to Neutral and announced a $7 price target.
• Centessa Pharmaceuticals plc CNTA rose 14.5% to $8.36. Centessa Pharmaceuticals recently announced dosing of first subject in registrational PRESent-2 study evaluating SerpinPC for the treatment of Hemophilia B without inhibitors.
• EHang Holdings Limited EH climbed 13.5% to $17.54. EHang announced a $23 million private placement led by investor Lee Soo Man.
• AbCellera Biologics Inc. ABCL rose 13% to $7.63.
• Exscientia plc EXAI gained 12% to $7.30. Exscientia recently announced the enrollment of the first patient in the Phase 1/2 "ELUCIDATE" clinical trial assessing GTAEXS617 in advanced solid tumors.
• Energy Vault Holdings, Inc. NRGV rose 11.1% to $3.29.
• AbCellera Biologics Inc. ABCL jumped 11.4% to $7.52.
• GoodRx Holdings, Inc. GDRX gained 11% to $5.99. CVS Caremark and GoodRx announced the launch of Caremark cost saver to help lower pharmacy out-of-pocket drug costs for members.
• InMode Ltd. INMD climbed 10.4% to $44.99 after the company issued second-quarter 2023 EPS and revenue guidance above estimates an increased full year 2023 revenue guidance.
• Luminar Technologies, Inc. LAZR rose 10.4% to $8.07.
• Domino's Pizza, Inc. DPZ shares climbed 10.2% to $385.54 after the company announced US customers will be able to order through Uber Eats and Postmates.
• Consolidated Communications Holdings, Inc. CNSL gained 10.2% to $3.9785. Wildcat Capital Management has asked Consolidated Communications Holdings to reject an offer to take the company private for $2.9 billion including debt.
• Vuzix Corporation VUZI gained 9.6% to $5.74.
• Carvana Co. CVNA rose 9.8% to $39.08. JMP Securities maintained Carvana with an Outperform and raised the price target from $25 to $50.
• Relay Therapeutics, Inc. RLAY surged 8.6% to $13.15. HC Wainwright & Co. maintained Relay Therapeutics with a Buy and lowered the price target from $46 to $32.
• Dada Nexus Limited DADA gained 7.3% to $6.22.
• Jefferies Financial Group Inc. JEF rose 5.6% to $35.49. Morgan Stanley upgraded Jefferies Financial from Underweight to Equal-Weight and raised the price target from $27 to $36.
