  • PubMatic, Inc. PUBM shares tumbled 18% to $15.22 in pre-market trading after the company issued weak third-quarter revenue guidance.
  • AerSale Corporation ASLE declined 17.8% to $12.00 in pre-market after the company reported downbeat second-quarter results and issued weak 2023 sales outlook.
  • Upstart Holdings, Inc. UPST tumbled 17.4% to $42.73 in pre-market trading. Upstart reported better-than-expected results for its second quarter, but issued weak revenue forecast for the third quarter.
  • 2U, Inc. TWOU shares dipped 17.1% to $3.55 in pre-market trading following weaker-than-expected quarterly results.
  • WeWork Inc. WE shares fell 16.6% to $0.1750 in pre-market trading following second-quarter results.
  • ZipRecruiter, Inc. ZIP tumbled 15% to $14.78 in pre-market trading following quarterly results. Evercore ISI Group downgraded ZipRecruiter from Outperform to Neutral and lowered the price target from $20 to $18.
  • Expensify, Inc. EXFY shares declined 12.2% to $5.20 in pre-market trading after the company reported downbeat results for its second quarter.
  • Super Micro Computer, Inc. SMCI shares fell 10.5% to $311.06 in pre-market trading. Super Micro Computer posted upbeat quarterly results, but issued weak sales outlook.
  • Lyft, Inc. LYFT shares declined 7.8% to $10.66 in pre-market trading. Lyft reported better-than-expected sales for its second quarter and issued strong forecast for the third quarter.
  • DraftKings Inc. DKNG shares fell 6.3% to $29.72 in pre-market trading after Penn Entertainment entered into an exclusive agreement with ESPN, which gives Penn exclusive rights to the ESPN Bet trademark for online sports betting in the U.S. for an initial 10-year term.
  • MicroVision, Inc. MVIS declined 5.5% to $3.11 in pre-market trading following weak quarterly results.
  • Tilray Brands, Inc. TLRY fell 4.6% to $2.88 in pre-market trading. Tilray Brands shares jumped 36% on Tuesday after the company announced an agreement to acquire eight beer and beverage brands from Anheuser-Busch.
