Top Trump Adviser Boris Epshteyn Arrest Captured In Bodycam Footage Over Groping Allegations

Bodycam footage shows the arrest of Boris Epshteyn, a senior adviser to Donald Trump, on allegations of groping two women in 2021, reports NBC News.

The footage reveals the incident that took place at an Arizona bar, prompting Epshteyn’s arrest. He was later charged with three counts of sexual misconduct, which were dropped eventually and he pleaded guilty to disorderly conduct.

The footage, initially obtained by The Arizona Republic of Phoenix, shows police interacting separately with Epshteyn and one of the accusers. The woman accused Epshteyn of repeatedly grabbing her and her sister at the Bottled Blonde bar on Oct. 10, 2021.

The woman’s account, as cited in the police report, detailed how Epshteyn invited her group to his table and began touching the women inappropriately. The woman left the table but found her sister upset upon her return, alleging that Epshteyn misbehaved with her.

Epshteyn, 39 at the time, did not immediately respond to requests from NBC News for comments. His conviction was set aside following his sentence completion.
