ONE Championship's CEO Sides With Zuckerberg, Calls Out Musk For Bullying With His 'Knock Knock' Threat

ONE Championship CEO has called Elon Musk a “bully” after the tech billionaire posted about confronting Mark Zuckerberg directly at his doorstep.

What Happened: Musk’s plan to live stream himself knocking on Zuckerberg’s door and challenging the Meta CEO for a “practice session” has already raised questions about the potential violation of X’s, formerly known as Twitter, own terms.

It has drawn sharp criticism from Chatri Sityodtong, the CEO of ONE Championship, one of the world’s most prominent martial arts organizations.

What started in June revolved around the hypothetical notion of a physical showdown. However, it escalated to a rather unexpected and nonsensical turn when Musk mentioned an unannounced visit to Zuckerberg’s Palo Alto home.

The Tesla CEO posted a taunting “Knock, knock” and tagged Zuckerberg’s handle, suggesting a potential physical confrontation.

Sityodtong, who has trained with Zuckerberg in the past, has condemned Musk’s behavior and compared him with a bully. While acknowledging the tech mogul’s entrepreneurial accomplishments, ONE CEO said that bullying has no place in any context, especially among individuals of such influence, reported South China Morning Post.

“A few hours ago, Elon said that he was planning to show up to Mark’s house to fight him. Elon is one of the greatest entrepreneurs in history and I have a lot of respect for his guts, accomplishments, and intellect. However, I dislike bullying of any kind,” he said.

Based on his extensive martial arts experience, Sityodtong critiqued Musk’s apparent lack of understanding of fighting and martial arts. He asserted that while Musk’s size might offer some advantage, skill and knowledge ultimately matter in a fight.

Why It’s Important: While Musk has been busy posting about how he will confront Zuckerberg, a spokesperson for the Meta CEO has confirmed his absence from Palo Alto.
