Former White House press secretary Stephanie Grisham commented on Donald Trump’s behavior, likening him to a “toddler” in need of consequences, reports The Hill.
During her interview on CNN's "Erin Burnett OutFront," Grisham addressed Trump’s recent name-calling towards those testifying against him. Notably, former Georgia Lt. Governor Geoff Duncan, independent journalist George Chidi, former state Rep. Bee Nguyen (D) and former state Sen. Jen Jordan (D) testified on Monday.
Grisham expressed, “It's like a toddler, you've gotta give them consequences to show you know, that people mean it.”
She emphasized the need for Trump to face repercussions before “somebody gets hurt or heaven forbid a witness does feel intimidated.”
This comes as Trump and his 18 allies faced criminal charges in Georgia for attempts to invalidate Joe Biden‘s 2020 election triumph.
