Former President Donald Trump engaged the services of a well-known Georgia bail bondsman to post a $200,000 bail for an election interference case, Business Insider reported.
Trump sought the services of Charles Shaw of Foster Bail Bonds, a Lawrenceville-based company with multiple locations throughout Georgia. This information was confirmed by Susan Barikos, a spokesperson for the bail bonds agency.

Shaw’s clientele includes a bevy of high-profile figures, from hip-hop heavyweights like Gucci Mane, T.I., and Rick Ross to political figures such as Mayor John Lampl and attorney Claud “Tex” McIver.
According to Barikos, Shaw, who has been in the bail bonds industry for approximately 23 years and is also the president of the Georgia Association of Professional Bondsmen, has a reputation as “a bondsman to the stars in Atlanta.”
The New York Times reports that Shaw is also covering the bonds of Mark Meadows, David Shafer, and Rudy Giuliani, Trump's co-defendants in the election interference case.
