Elon Musk Backs GOP Presidential Candidate Vivek Ramaswamy For Vice President: 'Should Get It'

Tesla Inc CEO Elon Musk has once again expressed support for GOP candidate Vivek Ramaswamy for a prospective vice presidential nomination, Business Insider reported.

This move came to light after Musk responded to several posts on X (formerly Twitter) about Ramaswamy, affirming his backing for the biotech entrepreneur.

Ramaswamy, who announced his candidacy for the GOP presidential nomination earlier this year, had recently suggested that Musk could play an advisory role if he won the presidency in 2024. Previously, Musk had hosted Twitter Spaces with Ramaswamy to discuss different topics, following which the latter’s social media follower count marked its biggest gain in weeks.

In a tweet exchange, Musk responded positively to the notion of Ramaswamy as the vice presidential pick. However, Musk did not provide further explanation for his endorsement.
