Popular tech YouTuber Marques Brownlee, popularly known as MKBHD, conducted a comparison between iPhone and Android, concluding that while there’s no definitive winner, the iPhone edged out Android in several categories, Business Insider reported.
The comparison was broken down into seven categories: apps, customization, ease of use, excitement, and ecosystem, features and updates/support. Android took the lead in customization, features, and excitement. However, the iPhone won in apps, updates, ease of use, and ecosystem, securing a win in 4 out of the 7 head-to-head comparisons.

Brownlee emphasized, however, that this comparison is personal and does not necessarily apply to everyone. He suggested that viewers rate each category on a scale of 1 to 5 based on their preferences and then add up the scores for iPhone-won and Android-won categories. The operating system with the higher total score would be their personal winner.
Using this weighted system, Brownlee disclosed that Android is his personal choice, which he uses as his main device alongside an iPhone. He highlighted that choosing a phone is a highly personal decision and ultimately, the real winners are the consumers as competition drives improvements.
