• Nurix Therapeutics, Inc. NRIX rose 6.3% to $8.81 after its deal with Seagen to develop a portfolio of degrader-antibody conjugates.
• Couchbase, Inc. BASE shares gained 5.9% to $17.47 following second-quarter results.
• WestRock Company WRK climbed 5.6% to $33.68 after the company said it is discussing terms of a potential combination with Smurfit Kappa Group.
• UiPath Inc. PATH rose 5.5% to $17.11 as the company reported better-than-expected second-quarter results.
