Musk and Grimes reportedly have a son named Techno Mechanicus, who also goes by “Tau," according to People. 

The pair, who have been in an on-again/off-again relationship, previously welcomed son X Æ A-12, whose name was later changed to X Æ A-Xii and is fondly called “X.”

This was followed by the birth of their daughter, Exa Dark Sideræl, affectionately known as “Y,”  via surrogate in December 2021, a few months after they publicly split.
