  • Puyi Inc. PUYI tumbled 9.6% to $5.20.
  • Butterfly Network, Inc. BFLY declined 8.8% to $1.7050.
  • Madrigal Pharmaceuticals, Inc. MDGL fell 8.7% to $179.48. Madrigal Pharmaceuticals named Bill Sibold as CEO.
  • FuelCell Energy, Inc. FCEL fell 8.6% to $1.3150. FuelCell Energy reported a third-quarter FY23 revenue decline of 41% year-over-year to $25.51 million, missing the consensus of $27.72 million.
  • Virgin Galactic Holdings, Inc. SPCE dipped 8.3% to $2.0998.
  • Marathon Digital Holdings, Inc. MARA fell 8% to $10.04.
  • The J. M. Smucker Company SJM declined 7.9% to $130.39 after the company announced it will acquire Hostess Brands.
  • SmartRent, Inc. SMRT shares declined 7.5% to $2.84.
  • Pharvaris N.V. PHVS fell 7.2% to $19.70.
  • Vertical Aerospace Ltd. EVTL declined 6.1% to $1.6150.
  • RTX Corporation RTX fell 5.9% to $78.52. RTX provided an update on the impact to the Pratt & Whitney GTF fleet (PW1100 GTF engines, which power the A320neo) arising from the previously disclosed rare condition in powder metal used to manufacture certain engine parts.
  • VinFast Auto Ltd. VFS fell 5.2% to $16.26.
