iPhone 15: Starting From $799

The entry-level iPhone 15 is expected to be priced at $799. While this may not be budget-friendly, it remains the most accessible choice within the new lineup.

iPhone 15 Plus: Starting From $899

The second non-pro iPhone 15 model will reportedly have no changes in its pricing and will be available at a starting price of $899.

iPhone 15 Pro: Starting From $1,099

For those seeking more advanced features, the iPhone 15 Pro could come in at a starting price of $1,099. The iPhone 14 Pro costs $999. The Pro model has had a starting price of $999 in the U.S. since its launch with the iPhone X in 2017.

iPhone 15 Pro Max: Starting from $1,299

The iPhone 15 Pro Max, Apple’s flagship model, is positioned at the top of the range with a reported starting price of $1,299. It is important to mention that the iPhone 14 Pro Max costs $1,099.

The ‘Pro Max’ iPhones have not yet seen a price hike since they were first introduced in 2018, but now multiple sources are expecting Apple to hike prices.

Possible Price Increase for iPhone 15 Pro Max

There’s a possibility the iPhone 15 Pro Max’s price could rise even higher, nearing the $2,000 mark. This increase is linked to rumors of a new top-tier two-terabyte storage option. Having said that, a new report has dispelled rumors of a 2TB storage variant

How Apple Might Justify The Price Increase: The Tim Cook-led company could be banking on the iPhone 15 Pro and Pro Max’s offerings, including super slim bezels, Thunderbolt 4 USB-C ports, faster charging, and a titanium chassis, setting them apart from the standard iPhone 15 and iPhone 15 Plus, which received relatively moderate upgrades.

Why It’s Important: One key factor that may have influenced Apple’s pricing decision is the sales performance of its previous models. The iPhone 14 and iPhone 14 Plus, while seeing an increase in sales in recent months, have not met the company’s expectations.

Where To Watch The Launch: Cupertino’s “Wonderlust” event, which will include the launch of the iPhone 15 lineup and the next iterations of its Apple Watch, is all set for today.

According to the company’s event page, the launch will kickstart at 1 p.m. EDT and broadcast from the Apple Park campus in Cupertino, California. The event will be streamed on Apple.com and the Apple TV app.
