Apple Inc. AAPL CEO Tim Cook has discussed the challenging process of selecting a color for his possible iPhone 15 Pro Max, highlighting the significance of such a decision among users.
What Happened: A short interview of Cook is doing rounds on X, formerly Twitter. During the interview, the Apple CEO revealed his choice for the color of his potential iPhone 15 Pro Max.
He said, “You know, I’m using the Natural [Titanium].”

Given that the iPhone 15 Pro models are the first devices by Cupertino to feature a titanium chassis with a redesigned aluminum interior and the size of Cook’s hands, AppleInsider speculated that he is using the iPhone 15 Pro Max.
The iPhone 15 Pro has a display size of 6.1 inches, whereas the highest-ended model comes with a 6.7-inch display.
During the interview, Cook admitted that deciding the color was no easy task.
He stated, “Of course, it was a hard decision because the blue really caught my eye, the white really caught my eye, the black really caught my eye.”
Cook’s struggle underscores the weight that color choice carries in the minds of iPhone users as they ponder the aesthetic appeal and personal preference of their devices.
Why It’s Important: Earlier this week, Apple unveiled its latest iPhone lineup consisting of four models: the iPhone 15, iPhone 15 Plus, iPhone 15 Pro and iPhone 15 Pro Max.
Apple enthusiasts and users now have the opportunity to follow in Cook’s footsteps.
The entire iPhone 15 range has become available for preorder, with shipments set to arrive on Sept. 22.
