Tesla CEO Elon Musk Is So Impressed By Apple's iPhone 15 Photos That He Tells Tim Cook, 'I'm Buying One'

Elon Musk has expressed his intention to buy one model from Apple's latest product lineup, including the smartphone series, the iPhone 15.

Elon Musk has expressed his intention to purchase one model from Apple Inc.‘s AAPL latest product lineup, including the smartphone series, the iPhone 15following its recent release.

What Happened: In a brief yet noteworthy exchange on Twitter, now rebranded as X, Musk voiced his admiration for Apple’s iPhone 15. 

The exchange began when Apple CEO Tim Cook shared some photographs taken with the iPhone 15 Pro Max by renowned photographers, Stephen Wilkes and Reuben Wu

Musk responded, acknowledging the exceptional quality of iPhone photos and videos, marking his interest in the device.

Later, when Cook shared news about Apple’s latest product lineup, which includes the iPhone 15 series, the first carbon-neutral models of Apple Watch, and the latest AirPods, Musk declared: “I’m buying one!”

Previously, Musk said, “Apple will literally ship the same iPhone year after year and people will still lose their minds.” The tech billionaire had stated that he was not “entirely clear” how his current iPhone and the prior versions are different. “Camera is 10% better?”

Why It’s Important: For the unversed, Apple’s iPhone 15 series, comprising four models — iPhone 15, iPhone 15 Plus, iPhone 15 Pro, and iPhone 15 Pro Max — boasts significant design enhancements and technological upgrades.

On Friday, the iPhone 15 series and other Apple products finally went on sale. 

It was reported that while orders for the highest-end iPhone 15 models are already backlogged until mid-November in several countries, other newly launched products like the regular iPhone 15, 15 Plus models, the new AirPods with a USB-C caseApple Watch ULTRA 2, and Apple Watch Series 9 received a more subdued response online.
