Known for its innovative electric cars, Tesla Inc TSLA is now broadening its horizon by stepping into the fitness sector, unveiling a new product named ‘Cyberhammer,’ inspired by the Cybertruck design.
What Happened: Tesla has filed a new trademark application for the ‘Cyberhammer,’ filed under the fitness equipment category, specifically for gym hammers. This comes as the latest addition to Tesla’s line of Cybertruck-inspired merchandise and accessories, according to Electrek report on Thursday.

The Cybertruck design has significantly influenced Tesla’s product offerings, with products like Gigabeer and Cyber Whistle already in the market. Back in November 2020, the automaker began selling company-branded tequila in select states in the U.S..
The pricing of the new fitness tool is expected to be on the higher end, considering Tesla’s pricing trends for its other Cybertruck-inspired accessories. A glimpse of the product in Tesla’s online shop could be expected soon, as hinted by the recent trademark filing.
Why It Matters: Tesla’s venture into fitness equipment with ‘Cyberhammer’ continues the company’s trend of leveraging the popularity of its Cybertruck, hailed as Tesla’s “Best Product Ever” by CEO Elon Musk.
This came after Tesla’s Chief Designer Franz von Holzhausen backed the strategic design of the Cybertruck in December, refuting the notion that the Cybertruck's unique design is an experiment. Instead, he argued that the design enhances the Tesla brand.
